Times are tough right now for you and I both. But during these dark economic times there are a few bright spots. Because the government wants us to spend money and be efficient, you can save up to $1,500.00 in tax rebates for installing a furnace 95% efficient or better. Energy costs continue to increase and the only way to combat rising utility costs is to BE MORE EFFICIENT! (Or you do not have to use your furnace in the winter, but we all know that would be tough to do.)
Valley Services proudly installs Goodman Furnaces, Air Conditioners, and Heat Pumps for all Residential and Commercial Replacements.
Freon R-22 and R-410A
In 2010, the law banning the manufacturing of Air Conditioners with the refrigerant R-22 will be enacted and only R-410A will be allowed. This will increase the price of R-22 and make it difficult to obtain. Also, it depletes the ozone and is unhealthy for the environment. Get ahead of the curve and GO GREEN with an Air Conditioner with the new and more efficient Freon R-410A (does not deplete ozone).

This is a really good post about furnaces.
Many people don’t know they can get a tax rebate for furnaces and heat pumps that meet certain efficiency criteria.
Thanks for the great information

The tax credit is still there, but now it is reduced to a max of $500 which is too bad. I hope that they increase it again. The great tax credit was a great way to get people thinking high efficiency!
