Should I Repair or Replace my Furnace?

How do I know when to repair or replace?

Now, here we are, your furnace has lasted 15 years now, and has continued working pretty well over the years.  You think it could probably last you a few more years but you are not sure.  As much as you do not want to have to pay a few thousand dollars right now for a new furnace, it is worth strongly considering.

Every year your Furnace/Air conditioner becomes less efficient and has to work harder to heat or cool your home.  If you have noticed different noises or your furnace has trouble kicking on, it is time to seriously consider a new furnace.  With a 15 year old furnace, you want to be careful how much you repair before it gets too expensive.  If is going to be
$500-600, it is time for a Free Estimate to be done by a Valley Services Technician.  At least have the information and your decision ready in case your furnace decides to break down in the middle of winter.  You want be prepared for the worst when your furnace is reaching 15-20 years old.
